All our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans using traditional handloom techniques. As a result, minor variations in color, weave, texture, or motifs are natural and inherent to the handloom process. These variations are not defects but a mark of authenticity and uniqueness.
2. Product Images & Color Representation
We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to photography, lighting conditions, or screen resolution. Such differences shall not be considered as defects.
3. Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed and payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or message. Orders cannot be modified once confirmed.
4. Shipping & Dispatch
As our products are handmade, dispatch timelines may vary. Estimated shipping timelines are mentioned on individual product pages. Any delays due to artisan availability, weaving timelines, or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated to the customer.
5. Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
All cancellations, returns, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy. We request customers to review the policy carefully before placing an order.
6. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on the website are in INR unless stated otherwise. Prices may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes, as mentioned. Chhavi – From Loom to Legacy reserves the right to update pricing without prior notice.
7. Care Instructions
Handloom sarees require gentle care. Detailed care instructions are provided for each product. We are not responsible for damage caused due to improper washing, storage, or handling of the product.
